• Operations include the following kinds of hernia:
  • umbilical
  • abdominal
  • inguinal
• Depending on the scope, the operation is carried out in general or local anaesthesia.
• After the operation the patient stays overnight in the hospital, under a nurse`s care.
• The sutures are removed on the 7th-10th day after the operation.
• During the 6-8 weeks following the operation it is advised to avoid any effort.
