• The operation is carried out in general anaesthesia.

• Incisions are performed around the bottom part of the nipple-areola.

• The operation consists in removing the breast gland capsule together with the gland, which results in obtaining flat chest.

• After the operation the patient stays in the hospital overnight, under a nurse's care.

• The sutures are removed on the 7th-10th day after the operation.

• During 3-4 weeks following the operation it is necessary to wear a top-type shirt.
