• Before the operation an introductory surgical consultation is necessary.

• The operation is carried out in general anaesthesia.

• The operation consists in making 3-4 cm long skin cuts in the fold under the breast. When the implants are small and the nipple areola is large, a cut around the nipple areola area is possible.

• Round or natural shape implants filled with silicon gel are placed under the breast muscle.

• After the operation it is necessary to stay overnight in the hospital, under a nurse's care.

• The sutures are removed on the 10th-14th day after the operation.

• It is necessary to wear a special breast-forming bra for 4-6 weeks after the operation.
